Private master bedroom #1 En Suite modern accommodations include standalone shower with dual shower heads, dual vanities, stand alone soaking tub, and large custom walk-in closet.

Guest Bedroom #2 features 2, 3 level bunk beds for a total of 6 beds,

Guest Bedroom #3 features 2 queen beds

Guest Bedroom #4 features 1 full bed

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)
1) No Parties. No questions asked!
2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind
3) Home is equipped for 17 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.
4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.
5) No smoking
6) No pets
7) Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day and requires a 2 consecutive day minimum. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature. Spa independently of pool may be heated for $50 per day
8) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

Guest access:
Enjoy access to the entire private residence which includes 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms Plus a private expansive deck, heated pool and spa.

This residence will accommodate up to 17 guests very comfortably.

Other things to note:
Pool/Spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day and requires a 2 consecutive day minimum.

Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature

-Spa independently of pool can be heated for $50 per day

-Pool heating will be available year round

-Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property

-There are exterior cameras around the perimeter of the property to also include the door bell and back yard.

**Houston is humid in climate and therefore does have bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting, we ask that doors remain closed as much as possible
